
At the end of each school year dedicated parents offer families the opportunity to buy and sell second hand books as students move between year levels.
The Second Hand Book Sale on again at the end of November 2009 and the following information is provided as a guide.
To Sell Books:
- Drop your books off in person at Bardon House
- Friday 27 November 2009
(8.15 - 8.45am) or (3.15 - 3.45pm)
- or Saturday 28 November 2009
(9.00 - 10.30am)
- Two forms are to accompany any books to be sold - 'THE SALE FORM’ (filled out completely and correctly) and the ‘SECOND HAND BOOK LIST’ (with books to be sold highlighted)
- Yr 11 and 12 girls may also drop the books and forms (in a secured plastic bag) in the purple bins located at Mary Herring Hall or Bardon House during exam weeks
Please Note: We will not be responsible for books dropped off in the bins.
To Buy Books:
- Sale Day is MONDAY 30 November from 3.30 - 5.00pm at Bardon House.
- Please highlight books you wish to buy on the ‘SECOND HAND BOOK LIST’ and bring with you on sale day
Please Note:
- On a first come, first served basis, you will be asked to sit with a Helper who will then get the books you require
- Payment is required on the day (cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa only)
- There is NO EFTPOS (electronic debit facility)
- We cannot hold books for you
