Reporting to the School Principal, this position is responsible for all aspects of the School’s local and international enrolment and scholarship processes and possess a genuine interest and passion for education in the independent sector.

They will have the ability to set relevant enrolment targets in line with the School’s Strategic Plan and inform marketing and communication material to support those targets.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining international agent relationships as well as participation in international expos and events, particularly in Asia.

  • A strong awareness of current educational trends relevant to Toorak College.
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
  • High organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong experience in the development and refinement of systems and processes to support a thriving Enrolments function.

This full-time role is available for a January 2023 start (or earlier by negotiation).
