Joining the Senior School Leadership team and directly overseeing all aspects of the School’s Boarding House, this role will attract highly motivated professionals who genuinely possess a passion for education in a Boarding House setting and the continuous pursuit of the best possible outcomes for all students.

The Head of Boarding is responsible for the overall leadership, management and daily operations of the Boarding House community and ensures the Boarding House team deliver high quality care, supervision and services to boarding students.

Applicants will have:

  • proven experience working within day school and boarding environments
  • experience in providing pastoral care to students from Grade 5 to Grade 12,
  • experience in organising and managing a small team of staff,
  • current Australian Boarding Schools Association Duty of Care accreditation, or be
    eligible for accreditation,
  • current first aid qualifications in HLTAID012, or be willing to undertake training,
  • a current driver’s licence is essential

This full-time role is available for a January 2023 start (or earlier by negotiation). Possible on campus accommodation may also be negotiated as part of an attractive remuneration package.

This is a year round position with Boarding House closures in December/January and June July school holidays.
