In most cases:

  • A two stage interview process is applicable for all roles. Teaching roles include a teaching observation activity.
  • An interview panel will include the Principal, a member of the School's Executive or senior management group.

Our recruitment and screening of all employees and volunteers is a rigorous process where the outcome is to recruit the best possible candidate for the role advertised. Screening includes reference, Victorian Institute of Teaching, Working with Children and police checks.

The recruitment process is facilitated as quickly as possible, as it is understood that in applying for a new role, candidates invest a significant amount of time and effort into their applications whilst also managing their existing workloads and commitments.
