Great Victorian Bike Ride
For the 14th consecutive year, Toorak College cyclists completed the Great Victorian Bike Ride. This year, they pedalled 652 km from Robe in South Australia to Torquay. The coastal route along the Great Ocean Road presented plenty of wind and drizzle this year, but as usual, our girls performed magnificently and completed this challenge in high spirits. On average, they rode 84 km on each of the nine days, with a well-deserved rest day at Port Fairy, midway through the journey. As part of the 4,000 riders completing the challenge this year, our girls deserve an enormous congratulations for their determination, spirit and support for each other.
