Laura Buck (TC 2005) is the Director of Fundraising at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation, overseeing a program that raised over $60 million last financial year with the goal of reaching $100 million by 2030.

A proud Collegian of Toorak College, Laura credits her time at Toorak with helping to shape her strong sense of purpose, global outlook, and commitment to service. The values of community, leadership, and compassion established during her school years continue to underpin her approach both professionally and personally.

With senior leadership experience in both Australia and Indonesia, Laura is deeply passionate about delivering impact to the RCH’s dedicated philanthropic community. Laura believes it is a privilege to lead the RCH Foundation’s Fundraising Department through a period of growth and innovation, alongside their incredibly dedicated partners, to create a world where all children thrive.

Deeply committed to giving back, Laura is also focused on nurturing the next generation of leaders within the non-profit sector, empowering others to drive positive and lasting change. She remains an engaged member of the Toorak College community and is passionate about inspiring current students to pursue purposeful pathways and make a meaningful contribution to the world.
