SPEAKERS:

Lizzie Waley, Founder of Sundae Body has created the most innovative, ground-breaking body wash, care brand that has not only gone viral but is known nationwide and now worldwide! Sundae was founded by entrepreneur Lizzie Waley and launched in March 2021 during the height of the COVID pandemic in Melbourne. After launching they found themselves selling out within minutes, as Aussies took to the shower foams which sparked further interest and rapid growth for the brand. An absolutely incredible and unheard-of achievement, a testament to the fun, innovative, and extremely aesthetic brand Lizzie has created.

Alex McCabe, is the co‑founder and creative director of Kip&Co, Australia’s independent, female‑led lifestyle brand known for its bold colours, joyful aesthetics, and ethical collaborations. With a background in law, communications, and brand strategy, Alex brings keen entrepreneurial insight and creative vision to the business, which she launched alongside friends Kate Heppell and Hayley Pannekoecke in 2012 to fill a gap in the Australian market for colourful, expressive bedding. Under her leadership Kip&Co has grown from a modest self‑funded start‑up into a vibrant global brand stocked in hundreds of stores across Australia and beyond, expanding into apparel, homewares, pet accessories, tableware, and lighting. Alex is also deeply committed to sustainable and ethical practices—highlighted through meaningful partnerships with Indigenous artisans like the Bábbarra Women’s Centre in Arnhem Land, and a company ethos that places planet and people before profit. A board member of Toorak College, Alex balances her professional ambitions with family life in the Mornington Peninsula.

Fran Catts is the founder, designer, and driving force behind OLLE—a sustainable and inclusive children's wear brand based on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. After nearly two decades working as a fashion buyer and merchandise consultant with leading labels like Myer and Calibre Clothing, Fran turned her insights and experience toward a new mission: to create clothing that respects both children and the planet. Fran launched OLLE in 2024 with a clear set of guiding questions for every garment: Is it responsibly made? Is it fun? Is it inclusive? If it doesn’t tick all three, it doesn’t make the cut. Her bold branding and gender-neutral designs aim to spark confidence and creativity in kids while reducing fashion waste through durable, generously-cut pieces engineered for play and longevity. A parent herself, Fran is deeply invested in creating clothing that delights children and gives them room to express themselves freely. Her work reflects a heartfelt belief that sustainable fashion doesn't have to be boring—and that empowering children can start with what they wear.
