Toorak College's Parents and Friends Association plays an integral role in shaping Toorak College and the Mornington Peninsula community. Every parent/guardian who has a child enrolled at Toorak College is part of the Parents and Friends Association.
The Parent and Friends Committee is a volunteer sub-group of the Association.

The Toorak College Parent and Friends Committee purpose is to strengthen and support the vibrant school community, in partnership with the Toorak College Board, Principal and Executive team to promote the best interests of the school by:
Fostering a genuine interest in, and understanding of, the principles and guiding values of Toorak College.
Encouraging active engagement with the school’s educational philosophy and supporting the holistic development of every student.
Building strong connections and goodwill across the parent/guardian body and the wider community.
Coordinating activities of all Toorak College Parent and Friends sub-committees to ensure aligned and impactful outcomes.
Encouraging inclusive and meaningful parent participation in events, initiatives and sense of community within the school.
Raising funds to provide enhanced facilities, resources and programs which enrich the student experience at the school.
